Here's exactly what to expect when you book with Waoo Party.
1. Tell us about your event
Share your date, ZIP code, type of celebration and the package or service you're interested in.
2. We check availability
Availability depends on date, time, package, location and travel logistics between events — we confirm before quoting.
3. You get a full, itemized quote
Package price + travel fee = total. Any discount is shown clearly, with your final deposit calculated for you.
4. Reserve with a 50% deposit
A 50% deposit secures your date on the calendar. We accept Zelle (preferred), debit/credit card, Klarna, Afterpay and Zip.
5. We prepare your contract
After the deposit, we'll ask for your full name, phone, email, event address and start time to finalize your contract.
6. We celebrate with you!
Our team arrives ready, on time, and focused on making your event unforgettable.
Good to know
Payments
Zelle is preferred with no extra fee. Card and pay-later options carry a 3% processing fee. Final balance is due 24 hours before the event when possible.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable. Changes after booking may carry a $100 fee, subject to availability. One reschedule is generally allowed within 60 days.
Weather & Insurance
For weather-dependent events, we determine if conditions allow safe service. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is available when your venue requires one.
